NF Dental Group Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201837889W) is a dental franchise and clinic holding group incorporated in Singapore. This policy covers personal data collected through this website, nfdentalgroup.com. Patient data handled at NoFrills Dental clinics is governed by the clinics' own policies.
What we collect
We collect only the personal data you choose to give us:
- Details submitted through our contact form: your name, email address, and optionally a contact number, clinic name, the nature of your enquiry, your preferred contact method, and your message.
- Details you send us directly by email or telephone.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies.
How we use it
We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, to carry on the discussion you have asked for, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing you have not asked for.
Confidentiality of owner enquiries
Enquiries from clinic owners are handled in strict confidence. We will not contact your clinic, staff, or patients, and we will only reach you through the contact method you choose.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are relayed to our corporate inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, which may process the submission on servers outside Singapore. Once received, your data is held in our email and internal systems, protected in line with the PDPA. We disclose personal data only to employees and professional advisers who need it for your enquiry, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided, or as required for legal and business records, and then dispose of it securely.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our continued use of it. Write to enquiry@nfdentalgroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
